QLIVE SAS is the publisher of the online HR document dematerialization solution named QLIVE.
Hereinafter, "QLIVE" will be used to refer to the company QLIVE SAS.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
QLIVE acts as a subcontractor to its clients within the meaning of the GDPR, to process various HR documents of users on their behalf. In general, QLIVE complies with all laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal data in force within the European Union.
COMPLIANCE WITH GDPR OBLIGATIONS
As a human resources tool management solution, we are constantly in contact with personal data of our users (e.g., name and surname for account identification), as well as professional data (e.g., travel data, receipts, routes...).
QLIVE is limited to data strictly necessary for the configuration validated by its clients. Whether it's for collection, recording, consultation, extraction, modification, deletion, or retention; each data is collected for a specific determined purpose.
TRANSMISSION OF YOUR DATA
Your data is in no way transmitted to third parties for commercial communication purposes. They may be transmitted exclusively at the request of the client, for example, for audit, litigation, or tax control purposes.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your data is retained as agreed upon in the contract between QLIVE and its client.
OUR COMMITMENTS IN TERMS OF SECURITY
The QLIVE teams are trained and regularly sensitized to the protection of personal data of our users.
DATA STORAGE
The solution is hosted on a sovereign cloud, on two different DATACENTERS. The host has a full range of certifications necessary for compliance with French law: ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, 27701:2019, 22301:2019, 9001:2015, and CSA STAR CCM v4.0.
DATA BACKUP
QLIVE has implemented a data protection policy to ensure compliance with organizational or regulatory requirements. The backup frequency of resources and the storage duration adhere to current best practices.
RESPECT FOR YOUR RIGHTS
QLIVE undertakes to respect the rights granted to individuals by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): right to be forgotten, right to data portability.

SUBCONTRACTING
QLIVE undertakes to comply with GDPR obligations and to ensure, prior to and throughout the processing, compliance with the obligations provided for by the European regulation on data protection by its subcontractors.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
QLIVE may amend this privacy policy at its sole discretion. Your use of our site and the QLIVE solution after any changes to the data usage policy constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
